Marcos Machado is an Assistant Professor in Business and Information Systems at the Industrial Engineering and Business Information Systems (IEBIS) department section of the University of Twente (The Netherlands). His current research interests are focused on the applications of machine learning algorithms, data science, and analytics to solve business problems.

Amirhossein Jafazabed Ghazi is a PhD student in the Modelling and Computational Science program at Ontario Tech University. He works on developing decision models for effective management of pricing, quality, and advertising decisions in the context of product recalls.
Nadia Maarfavi
Nadia Maarfavi completed her Master's in Computer Science at Ontario Tech University. She worked on applying AI tools to extract content from video ads and predicting consumer engagement metrics using Machine Learning algorithms.
